A comprehensive evaluation of your movement mechanics to identify the specific areas limiting your strength, fitness, and performance. No pass or fail, just a starting point to assess where you are at now

Range of Motion Assessment
We analyse your body head to toe using over 10 different range of motion tests to pinpoint which muscles are restricting your joints and causing compensatory movement patterns. We assess not just your flexibility, but also your mobility (yes, there is a difference, and we will show you why)

Strength & Stability Testing
Using a mix of compound, full body functional lifts and isolation exercises, we evaluate not just how strong you are, but how well you stabilise and control your joints. The goal is to assess your ability to move with strength, balance, and control. Not just so you’re strong in the gym, but strong for real life too

Technique evaluation
We get to put it all together and see how well you move and what your technical ability is. We will also delve deeper into the demands of your chosen goals and evaluate what you need to work on. This could be climbing, running, olympic lifting, hyrox specific movement mechanics or just simply taking a look at your technique doing beginner friendly bodyweight movements

Hey! I'm Dan
Certified Movement & Performance Therapy Specialist and Personal Trainer with nearly a decade of experience coaching functional fitness and Olympic Weightlifting.
After competing on national stages in both CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting, winning English junior championships, I combined my degree in Sports and Exercise Science with my extensive coaching experience in functional movements to create an Individualised coaching program that improves how your body moves and feels outside the gym
When I'm not coaching you can find me either climbing or running trails out in the peak district
